There’s been a celebration in the office this week as our Office Manager Sophie has reached a new milestone, being promoted to Operations and Development Manager.
Sophie is entering into her fifth year with Bridgewater Resources UK and has built a wealth of knowledge about our business, people and industry.
She will now look after our offices in Manchester and London. She will also oversee the professional development of our teams and improve Bridgewater’s systems and processes. Sophie will now be heading the Business Systems and Marketing team.
Sophie said of her promotion: “I am delighted with my new role as the Operations and Development Manager. Looking back over my career – first joining as the PA to the Director – my progression is a testament to the rewarding career path that Bridgewater offers its employees”
It’s a challenging role with tons of responsibility, but we know that she is more than capable and the only woman for the job!
