Congratulations to Darcey Hufton-Long for winning our Employee of the Month Award for February.
Our employees are given the opportunity to nominate their colleagues to receive this award on a monthly basis. Numerous team members recognised Darcey’s hard work and achievements throughout February and she is a very deserving winner of this award.
Our CEO, Agnes Butterworth, presented Darcey with her award and said, “Darcey has proven that the right attitude, bags of determination and initiative pay off. She has not only placed a record number of candidates in fantastic opportunities over the past 3 weeks, but has also come up with innovative ideas and brought them to life. All this in only the 5th month of her employment.”
Darcey was thrilled to receive her award and said “It’s really great to be recognised for the hard work you put in, especially for me as I am quite new to the role. Winning this award is definitely going to push me to continue to work harder and achieve more. Onwards and upwards!”
We asked Darcey how she would like to be rewarded and she requested a voucher for a nice pair of leather boots that she’s had her eye on. Congratulations Darcey and we hope those boots will continue to take you to the top!
