At Bridgewater, we like to celebrate our successes together and reward our employees for all of their hard work. Our Employee of the Month is voted for by the team and gives them the opportunity to really show their appreciation for their colleagues.
This time, we would like to say congratulations to our Employee of the Month for April, our Marketing Coordinator, Jenny Tait.
Over the past few weeks, Jenny has taken on the additional responsibility of making all of the necessary arrangements for Bridgewater’s recent visits to graduate careers fairs. This included liaising with various universities and clients, designing and ordering promotional materials, and attending the fairs themselves. All of this on top of her regular marketing duties – she’s certainly been busy!
Our CEO, Agnes Butterworth, agrees that Jenny definitely earned this accolade and has said: “Jenny has shown a lot of initiative and creativity whilst organising marketing materials for the graduate careers fairs. By getting out of her comfort zone, Jenny has also developed good project management skills.”
Thanks to Jenny, all of her effort, creativity and vision, the fairs have been a great success – with more to come!
Jenny is extremely happy about receiving this award and says: “It’s great to win Employee of the Month and I’m glad my team think I deserve it! It’s been a busy month, but all the hard work is clearly paying off.”
For her reward, Jenny has chosen a Zara voucher so she can indulge in some well-deserved retail therapy – she plans on treating herself to a new handbag.
