Congratulations to our Recruitment and Development Manager, Sophie Finlay, who has been voted our Employee of the Month for May by the Bridgewater team!
At Bridgewater, we are keen to reward our employees for all of their efforts. Quite fittingly, Sophie has been working particularly hard over the last few weeks on developing a new employee rewards, perks and benefits scheme here at Bridgewater. After speaking with our team members and liaising with our CEO, she has put together and implemented an impressive range of benefits.

Our CEO Agnes Butterworth congratulated Sophie and said, “Sophie has done a fantastic job designing and revamping our Employee Benefits and Perks package. Everyone has been very impressed with some of the new initiatives we have introduced. We are committed to providing the best working environment possible for our employees and Sophie is a great ambassador of that.”
Sophie is extremely happy about receiving this award and says: “Thank you to my fellow employees for the nomination, it is great to be recognised for the work that I have done. I hope everyone enjoys the new perks and benefits we have introduced – I know I will be putting my Employee of the Month Award to good use!”
For her reward, Sophie has chosen a voucher to buy new furniture for her garden. Hopefully, the summer weather will allow her to get plenty of use out of it!
