It’s a new year here at Bridgewater and we’re starting as we mean to go on – by rewarding our fantastic team for all their hard work!
We had plenty going on at the end of 2016 before our extended Christmas break and as such have some deserving award winners. We also celebrated our team’s achievements with a Christmas party at Gaucho, Manchester’s lavish steak restaurant.
Our November/December award winners are:
Employee of the Month – Sophie Finlay
Our prestigious employee-nominated award went to our Recruitment and Development Manager Sophie! Sophie has done a great job of coordinating our first ever 360 analysis, where the Bridgewater team provided anonymous feedback for their colleagues. Everyone found the feedback they received helpful.
Sophie has also been working hard to develop individual Professional Developments Plans for everyone at Bridgewater all while assisting with recruitment for numerous roles.
Sophie was thrilled to receive the award and said, “Thanks guys! I feel truly honoured to have been chosen as Employee of the Month for November and December 2016. It was a great surprise to come back to after the Christmas break. I look forward to continuing to assist the Bridgewater team in their professional development throughout 2017. Bring it on!”
Best of Bridgewater – Business Systems Team – Melissa Jones
Melissa is the deserving winner of a Best of Bridgewater Award this month, having really grown her skillset throughout 2016. She now confidently manages additional responsibilities including our team socials, marketing duties and assisting the Professionals division. She also did a fantastic job of organising our Christmas party!
Best of Bridgewater – Graduates Division – Danielle Miller
Our Graduates Division winner, Danielle, had a great end to quarter 4 and has ensured a strong start to 2017. Her revenue per quarter has improved and she further impressed the management team by embracing her additional business systems responsibilities.
Best of Bridgewater – Professionals Division – Tom Ferrington
Tom’s improved his revenue and client relationship management which has earnt him a Best of Bridgewater Award this month. He’s also produced the first ever Bridgewater baby! Evie is a part of the team already, although she’s got a while to grow into her office chair.
