Congratulations to Melissa Jones who has been promoted to the Senior Business Coordinator’s role!
Our Director Agnes Butterworth was pleased to reward Melissa with her promotion and said, “Melissa has grown massively in her role and has significantly built her skillset since joining us back in October 2015. Her hard work, dedication and open mind have earnt her a well-deserved promotion.”
Melissa’s new role will allow her to further develop professionally. She will now be working closely on a number of professional and executive recruitment assignments with Agnes. She will also continue to provide excellent administrative support to Consultants within our Professionals division and will work on various marketing initiatives. Melissa also does a fantastic job of maintaining a positive working environment here at Bridgewater through organising social events and coordinating Bridgewater Friyays and our Bridgewater Breakfast Club. We certainly keep her busy!
Melissa said, “I’m so pleased to have received this promotion – it’s really great to be part of a company that rewards hard work! My role has grown so much since I started as a Graduate Trainee in 2015, when I would never have thought I could come so far so quickly. Bridgewater have supported me every step of the way with my training and development, but also by giving me the freedom I needed to be able to work to my best ability.
