2017 seems to be racing by already and with another month gone, it means that we have a new Employee of the Month to announce! This award is voted for by employees across the business, so it’s a great opportunity for our team to praise and reward their peers.
At Bridgewater, we understand the importance of recognising and celebrating all of our employees’ hard work. We never miss an opportunity to say “well done”! The Employee of the Month award is just one of the ways we like to show our appreciation to our dedicated team.
Without further ado, this month’s winner is Jenny Tait, our Marketing Coordinator. Jenny always leaves her co-workers amazed by just how much she manages to get done every single day; she’s a marketing machine! However, this month, she has been working particularly hard on a number of projects and this hasn’t gone unnoticed.
Jenny has been busy revamping our website, working closely with Consultants to create new and focused marketing content and helping to boost the success of our job adverts, amongst many other things. The best part is that the results of all her efforts are beginning to show; for example, the number of visitors to our website is at an all-time high!
Our CEO, Agnes Butterworth, feels that this award is very well deserved because “Jenny has been really focused on trying new ways to make the marketing department work alongside the recruitment side of the business (including SEO/keyword advice and videos). She has also made improvements to her own presentation style and visibly improved our website.”
Melissa Jones, our Talent Search and Marketing Assistant, works closely with Jenny and had this to say: “I don’t know how Jenny does it – she accomplishes so much every day and just seems to take on more and more without even batting an eyelid! Her work has started to cross over into different areas of the business and her impact continues to show. This award is well deserved, congratulations, Jenny!”
We caught up with Jenny to see how she was feeling after receiving her award: “I’ve really enjoyed collaborating with our Consultants this month to help with marketing their opportunities and creating content that our candidates want to see. It’s great to have everyone getting involved in our marketing activities and to know that they appreciate my efforts. Thanks, team!”
On top of receiving the coveted Bridgewater Employee of the Month trophy, we’re also treating Jenny to some John Lewis vouchers to go towards decorating her new house and a bottle of gin to toast her success!
