We can’t believe that it’s the end of quarter one of 2017 already! It’s been a busy one here at Bridgewater and our team have already enjoyed trips to Jump Heaven, Chill Factore Snow Park and Sector 7 LaserArena.
Every quarter we like to celebrate the achievements of our team with our Best of Bridgewater Awards. These are awarded by our management team to the best performers in each of our divisions.
Our winners for this quarter are…
Tom Ferrington – Employee of the Month and Best of Bridgewater – Professionals Division
Tom has achieved some fantastic results in March and has scooped two awards! His colleagues voted him as our March employee of the month recognising his great results, resilient nature and positive attitude.
His efforts haven’t gone unnoticed by management either as he won the Best of Bridgewater Professionals Division award and has been promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Our Director Agnes Butterworth said: “Tom has worked very hard, and smart, to learn the ‘trade’, constantly review and improve his methodology and bring great results. I’m sure everyone will agree that Tom very much deserves this promotion and we all wish him further successes.”
Tom was really happy to receive his promotion and awards and said: “It’s great to see all my hard work paying off! The flexibility given to me by Bridgewater has allowed me to make the most of my time and work efficiently and effectively. I am looking forward to further development and exciting times ahead.”
Melissa Jones – Best of Bridgewater – Business Systems Team
Melissa is the deserving winner of our Business Systems Team award. Her role has evolved to Talent Search and Marketing Assistant and she has adapted really well to her new responsibilities. It’s great to see Melissa making a big impact on both the recruitment and marketing side of the business.
Dan Partington – Best of Bridgewater – Graduates Division
Dan has excelled in his performance and achieved a record quarter which has earnt him our Graduates Division Award. He has also been helping others to improve their way of working and to get better results.
