Quarter two of 2017 has flown by here at Bridgewater! We’ve enjoyed some fantastic summer perks and activities including dressing down in the office, our summer party at Piccolino’s and a team falconry session.
Amongst all the fun, our team have also achieved some fantastic results that are well-worth celebrating! Our quarter two Bridgewater Award winners are:
James was voted as our June employee of the month by the Bridgewater team. Everyone has been impressed by his brilliant results and positive attitude in the office.
James was happy to receive his award and said, “I’ve had a very busy couple of months and as ever it’s really nice to have your hard work recognised, especially by your co-workers.”
James also celebrated his 30th birthday in Barcelona last week and we welcomed him back to the office with a cake and gifts!
Dan was awarded a Best of Bridgewater Award by our management team for his consistently high results and determination to push himself further. Dan is always challenging himself by setting high personal targets and he is also happy to share his knowledge and recruiting strategies with the rest of the team.
Jenny also took home a Best of Bridgewater Award for her performance in quarter two. She has delivered a thorough marketing training program and has continued to grow Bridgewater’s online presence through a successful campaign targeting this year’s graduates.
Melissa has been doing an excellent job in quarter two and her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed by our management team. She has found numerous high-quality candidates through her resourcing activities and has taken charge of our team summer activity calendar. Melissa has also developed her marketing knowledge by completing 12 weeks of training sessions that covered the full range of our business marketing activities.
