A lot has been done in recent years to address gender equality in the workplace and it is something that still needs some more work.

While every person is different and assumptions should not be made based on gender, research into how men and women conduct their job search and approach their careers has uncovered some gender-based differences.

The infographic below reveals how women and men go about their job hunt. It also encourages employers to take steps to ensure that their career opportunities are presented in a way that appeals equally to both male and female candidates.
