We know the importance of recognising and celebrating our employees’ hard work on a regular basis and as part of our new Employee Rewards and Benefits Packages we now host a Best of Bridgewater Awards ceremony at the end of every month!
We present awards to 1 member of each team as nominated by management and we also have our established Employee of the Month award that everyone has the opportunity to vote for.
June’s winners are:
Employee of the Month Winner – Melissa Jones
Melissa has been described by her colleagues as a “joy to work with”, having tackled June with a positive attitude for taking on new challenges. She has developed new skills in undertaking resourcing tasks for our Professionals division and has been proactive in coming up with marketing campaigns and content. In addition to all of this, Melissa has done a fantastic job of bringing together Bridgewater’s employee social and activity packages.
Melissa was thrilled to win her award saying, “It was such a nice surprise to be nominated as Employee of the Month, as we all work so hard here at Bridgewater! This month has flown by thanks to my involvement in the Marketing Team, our new social packages and my new responsibility of resourcing. It’s great to be recognised by my colleagues for what I do but it doesn’t feel like hard work when you love what you do! Thank you so much, everyone!”
Melissa has asked for Trafford Centre vouchers as her reward and is looking forward to a spot of retail therapy after a busy month!
Bridgewater Graduates Team Winner – Dan Partington
Dan was the best performing consultant on the Graduates team in June having brought in the highest revenue. He has also been getting involved in coaching his fellow team members through leading best practice meetings. In these meetings our Consultants share their knowledge and help others to develop new skills and recruiting techniques.
Bridgewater Professionals Team Winner – James Downing
June was a great month for James who took on the responsibility of running client training with consultants from both our Graduates and Professionals divisions. He shared his vast wealth of knowledge about our clients and the industries they work in to the benefit of the whole team.
Due to his consistently high performance, James was also rewarded with a company car this month!
Business Systems Team Winner – Ria Dorward
Ria is a consistent high-performer and an extremely committed member of our Business Systems team. In June, she went above and beyond in introducing procedures for our company car fleet. She upgraded her skill-set by getting to grips with new accounting software and has taken on the responsibility of company expenses. Ria is also an integral part of Dan’s success as she supports him with various administrative tasks.
Following our awards ceremony, the celebrations continued as we enjoyed our annual summer party on the terrace at Restaurant Bar and Grill!
