Another month has flown by here at Bridgewater HQ and that means we have a new winner to announce!
Our May Employee of the Month Award goes to Dan Partington. Dan was nominated by his colleagues who recognised his achievements throughout the month, including his fantastic results.
This month Dan also attended the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) Scale Up event in Manchester. Following this, he delivered an informative presentation for the Bridgewater Team highlighting what’s happening in the current job market, the challenges recruiters are facing and how we can adapt to further our success.
Our Director, Agnes Butterworth, congratulated Dan and said, “Dan is a consistent performer and you can always rely on him when it comes to results. It’s also been a pleasure to see him grow professionally by taking on new challenges that impact the whole business as well as having a positive effect on the rest of the team.”
Dan was happy to collect his trophy, wine and vouchers and said “It’s really nice to be recognised especially by people you like and respect. Everyone at Bridgewater is performing so well at the moment and bringing in fantastic results. For people to think I deserve this month’s award is great.”
