Founded in 1801 by Joshua Edmundson, Edmundson Electrical has developed from becoming one of the first suppliers of electricity to being the leading distributor of electrical equipment to trade and industry in the UK.
Edmundson Electrical Limited acquired Electric Center in 2011. Electric Center distribute an expanding range of electrical equipment and accessories, providing electrical contractors and installers with all they need.
Lockwell Electrical were acquired by Edmundson in 2014. They are a leading industrial electrical wholesaler and distributor of electrical and MRO products, selling technical solutions that match their customers’ needs.
UK Greentech is a specialist renewables division within the Edmundson group. They currently have 23 locations across the UK and are growing rapidly with high demand and fast stock turnover of their products.
EWL Electric is Ireland’s premier electrical distributor, supplying quality products to trade & industry. In August 2008 the development of EWL continued to grow with the acquisition of Eastern Electrical Limited.
