You’ll complete a structured rotational training programme, gaining insight into various areas of the business, before progressing in an area that suits your strengths and skills.

The Opportunity
As a Graduate Business Trainee, you will:
- Participate in a structured rotational program across different departments, including administration, credit control, customer service, finance, operations and sales.
- Develop your knowledge of the company’s products, services and customer needs.
- Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
- Support operational processes and contribute to business growth.
- Work closely with the North West Credit Manager and Regional Director
- Have the opportunity to progress and complete qualifications in your chosen specialist area

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a well-presented graduate with:
- A recent business-related degree
- Some customer service or teamwork experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and commercial awareness

- Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A valid UK driving licence and vehicle
