Role Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring quick delivery of products
  • Advising and supporting clients with tailored technical solutions
  • Liaising with suppliers over the phone to source and procure products efficiently
  • Proactively reaching out to inactive customer accounts to rekindle relationships
  • Attending sales training courses and benefiting from mentoring and professional development opportunities
